The Minnesota Judicial Council has again extended the moratorium on civil trials from April 30 until June 14, 2021. As with the prior moratoriums, the consent of the Chief Judge, the presiding judge, all attorneys, and all parties is required for a video conference based trial.
All other civil court appearances will continue to occur via video conferencing.
