MN In-Person Civil Jury Trials Delayed to March 15, 2021

At the January 14, 2021, meeting the Minnesota Judicial Council voted to extend the ban on in-person civil trials until March 15, 2021. Upon agreement of all parties and the presiding judge, civil jury trials may be held remotely. The Minnesota Supreme Court has not issued a corresponding order, but it is expected soon.
